It's not so awful an idea that someone should be there to support your physical exercise therapy so that you can begin to recover emotionally and mentally too. We all have a story to share that may be the lynchpin for someone else's enlightenment. We all have a way of expressing how to support, and how to receive that support effectively, so the opportunities for making a change to our model of compassionate interaction is infinite!
